Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is a gift this is why it is called the present.
Living in the present is not a simple task. So many times our present is tainted with worries about the future or memories of problems or failures from the past. Confucius wisely said that, he who worries about the past, may suffer from depression; and he who worries about the future may suffer of anxiety. But he whose mind is in the present is happy.
Don’t loose the opportunity to be happy here and now! By opening the eyes of the heart to little things, one begins to realize how powerful is the present moment and as we practice to rid the mind from worries about the past or anxieties from the future, we are able to enjoy more and more the little things in life. Practice makes perfect! Try to experience a few minutes a day a perfect state of love, beauty and happiness.
