Creative Volunteering is creating something with our HANDS to give to someone else from our HEARTS. When we hand-make something, we unlock positive energies. This inner enriching activity is also a healing process because when we are in this “creative zone” we forget about ourselves and we can channel positive emotions and transform negative emotions that may trouble us. The positive feelings one gets when creating something is incompatible with negative feelings. Finally, putting together our creativity with a volunteering spirit and sharing our product with others in our community is the perfect way to have fun and give back.
